Shirley Lee Wohleber, 89, of Winchester, OH, passed away Friday, September 22, 2023, at the Ohio Valley Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Cincinnati, OH on March 26, 1934 to the late John and Viola (Schneder) Davis. She was a member of the Peace Lutheran Church and the American Legion Auxiliary.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband Charles Wohleber; sister, Marjorie Whalen and grandson, Eric James Mitchell.
Shirley is survived by daughters, Debbie Mitchell and husband Jim of Russellville, Cindy Lewis and husband Steve of Cincinnati; 3 grandchildren, Brandi Lewis Agoston, Matthew Mitchell and Heidi Mitchell Hauck; 5 great grandchildren, Averie Agoston, Gavin Agoston, Colton Mitchell, Brantley Hauck and Remi Hauck.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 1:00 PM at the Peace Lutheran Church in Arnheim under the direction of the Meeker Funeral Home. Pastor Laura Shreffler will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Peace Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at 1:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Peace Lutheran Church LYO, or Peace Lutheran Church Bariadi Fund or Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley.
