It also serves families with infants and toddlers who are struggling financially. Services include free pregnancy tests, the opportunity to take parenting classes in order to earn a crib, car seat, bassinet, baby clothes, diapers and other equipment as available.

The PRC receives no government funding at the local, state or federal level and depends on private donations from individuals, churches, businesses and fundraisers.
