Joshua Tyler Mason was born July 15, 1997, to the parents Mandy (Taylor) Ott (Brad Ott), and Kenny Mason (Ann Puckett.)

He was preceded in death by Grandfather – Dennis Taylor and Aunt – Amanda Mason

He is survived by the love of his life, Madison Moore, their dog Bo and cat Diesel; his twin brother – Jacob Mason and younger sister Julia Mason; stepbrother – Scottie Ott; step siblings – Karlie Doyle, Payton Puckett and John Puckett; uncles – Chad Taylor (Lisa) and Chuck Taylor; grandmothers – Jean Taylor, Martha Mason and Georgia Fulton; cousins – Gabrielle Mason, Stephanie, Reggie, Kendyl, Grace, Abi, Khloe and Colton Taylor; and many other close friends and family.

Joshua was a 2015 Graduate of Eastern Brown High School. He was employed with Building Crafts. Joshua passed December 14th as a result of a tragic accident at work in Bromley Kentucky.

Joshua was a constant presence of laughter and pure joy for life. He loved spending time with Maddy and all of his family. Always helping with anything. He was the first to show up and the last to leave. He was an avid fisherman and he lived to feel the tug of his fishing line in the water. As he called it “Rippin’ Lips” His laughter filled every room he entered, he was a contagious soul. Joshua loved to play basketball and was at every high school basketball game he could go to, loudly cheering his nieces and everyone on. He was an extremely hard worker and very talented at everything he did. Joshua loved to sing loudly and dance! He had a way of making everyone laugh! Anyone that was fortunate enough to meet him loved him. He will be so deeply missed by all!

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, December 23, 2023 at Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio. Pastor David Benjamin will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Saturday.
