Sixteen individuals were indicted by a grand jury in the Brown County Court of Common Pleas on July 14.
James C. Faulkner, 35, of Bethel, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamine, third degree felony) and two counts of having weapons while under disability (third degree felonies).
Michael Tyler Roberts, 26, of Mt. Orab, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamine, fifth degree felony).
Monte Wisecup, 34, of Aberdeen, was indicted on one count of grand theft of a motor vehicle (fourth degree felony).
Brandon Wayne Reese, 35, of Mt. Orab, was indicted on one count of possession of a Fentanyl-related compound (fifth degree felony).
Jason Edward Vance, 43, of Batavia, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamine, fifth degree felony).
Robert J. Baker, 42, of Fayetteville, was indicted on three counts of violating a protection order (fifth degree felonies).
Bradi Hennison, 35, of Winchester, was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property (fourth degree felony). According to court documents, it was on or about June 20 when Hennison allegedly received, retained, or disposed of a 1997 red Ford F-350 truck owned by Janet Gorden-Taylor.
Kendra Eary, 41, of Mt. Orab, was indicted on one count of possession of a Fentanyl-related compound (fourth degree felony) and one count of possession of cocaine (fifth degree felony).
Toby Truitt, 22, of Georgetown, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (fifth degree felony).
Danny K. Walker, 46, of Georgetown, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamine, fifth degree felony).
Justin Keith Evans, 37, of Brooksville, KY, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamine, fifth degree felony).
Donald J. Brown, 51, of New Richmond, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamine, fifth degree felony).
Merri Beth Wachter, 35, of Russellville, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (Etizolam, fifth degree felony).
Amanda Kay Goble, 37, of Georgetown, was indicted on one count of illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified government facility (third degree felony) and one count of aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamine, fifth degree felony).
Meshell L. Grace, 32, of Georgetown, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamine, fifth degree felony).
Thomas Magnusson, 35, of Georgetown, was indicted on one count of possession of cocaine (fifth degree felony) and one count of possession of a Fentanyl-related compound (fifth degree felony).
