The Ohio Rural Heritage Festival will return to Ripley Aug. 27-29.
Due to construction on the Riverfront Revitalization Project still taking place on Front Street in Ripley where the festival has been held in years past, this year’s Ohio Rural Heritage Festival will he held at the Cherry Street Park in Ripley (behind the post office).
While a full schedule of events has yet to be released, you can expect some of the popular events attendees have enjoyed in previous years at the Ohio Rural Heritage Festival, including live bands, a queens pageant, baby shows and vendors.
The Bob Groh Memorial Car, Truck and Motorcycle Show is set for Aug. 29 on Main Street in Ripley with sign ups starting at 8 a.m. and awards being handed out at 1 p.m.
Dash plaques and T-shirts will be awarded to the first 100 entries.
The 2026 Ohio Rural Heritage Festival Queens Pageant is expected to take place Aug. 27 with more information coming soon.
Updates on this year’s Ohio Rural Heritage Festival will come in following weeks as the festival draws near.
Last year’s Ohio Rural Heritage Festival was canceled due to construction on Front Street in Ripley.
