Nine indicted by Brown County grand jury
Joshua Richard Minnie, 18, of Mt. Orab, has been indicted on charges of rape and gross sexual imposition. Minnie was indicted on two counts of rape (first degree felonies) and one count of gross sexual imposition (fourth degree felony) by a Brown County grand jury on Feb. 29.
