In addition to her parents, Mrs. Patrick is survived by her husband – Keith Patrick; one daughter, Katie Smith and husband Josh of Georgetown, Ohio; one son – Kyle Patrick (Brittany Fite) of Georgetown, Ohio; three grandchildren – Jackson Smith, Clara Jane Smith and Cameron Fite; one brother – Brian Ballein and wife Kelly of Lake Waynoka, Ohio; two sisters – Bobbie Knabb and husband Mike of Sardinia, Ohio, Susan Dotson and husband Mark of Lake Waynoka, Ohio; paternal grandfather – Robert Ballein and many nieces and nephews.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio. Kevin Hamilton will officiate. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the funeral home.
