Ten people were indicted by a Brown County Grand Jury on April 6 on a variety of offenses.
Jeremy Latham, 38 of Hamersville, is charged with Sexual Battery and Unlawful Sexual Conduct With A Minor, both third degree felonies. He is also charged with four counts of Corrupting Another With Drugs, all fourth degree felonies.
Patrick DeLong, 60 of Blanchester, is charged with Aggravated Vehicular Assault and Having Weapons Under Disability, both third degree felonies, Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth degree felony, and two counts of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence, both first degree misdemeanors.
Kevin Cox, 29 of Mt. Orab, is charged with Corrupting Another With Drugs, a second degree felony, and Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, a fourth degree felony.
Leanna Rupp, 31 of Hamilton, is charged with two counts of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Drug of Abuse, both third degree felonies, and one count of Grand Theft of A motor Vehicle, a fourth degree felony.
Robert Lay, 31 of Mt Orab, is charged with Violating A Protection Order, a fifth degree felony, and Possessing Drug Abuse Instruments, a second degree misdemeanor.
David Abner, Jr., 25 of Cincinnati, is charged with Failure to Comply with an Order or Signal of a Police Officer, a third degree felony.
Randy Wallace, Jr., 35 of Trenton, Ohio, is charged with Tampering With Evidence and Illegal Conveyance of Drugs of Abuse onto Grounds of a Specified Governmental Facility, both third degree felonies. He is also charged with Possession of Drugs, a fifth degree felony.
Marcus Rice, 30 of Cincinnati, is charged with Trafficking in Heroin, a third degree felony, Trafficking in Cocaine, a fourth degree felony, and Trafficking in Drugs, a fifth degree felony.
Raymond Altman, 29 of Bethel, is charged with Receiving Stolen Property and Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, both fourth degree felonies.
Roy Kinnon, 42 of Cincinnati, is charged with Trafficking in Heroin, a third degree felony.
