WINCHESTER – Winchester Police in conjunction with the Adams County Prosecutor and Brown County Drug and Major Crimes Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence in Winchester, Ohio, that yielded hundreds on prescription narcotics, firearms, and $24,000 in cash.

According to Lt. Rich Shofstall at approximately 11:48 on Thursday Jan. 28 officers searched the residence of Victoria Saylor and Udorise “Bob” Saylor where the contraband was recovered. According to Shofstall, the warrant was obtained through an ongoing investigation by the prosecutor’s office.

Pending charges against Saylor and Saylor include drug trafficking with firearms specification, permitting drugs abuse, and criminal tools.
