Brown County Farm Bureau starts annual membership drive

Brown County Farm Bureau 2016 Membership Campaign will kickoff at 6 p.m, Thursday, Feb. 11 at Meranda-Nixon Winery.

The primary purpose of the membership campaign is to help the organization grow. More members enable a stronger legislative voice, offer more programming and create a stronger presence in our community according to the Bureau.

This campaign also offers a chance for the volunteers to win prizes. The prizes include: a DuraHyde 20 Duffel Bag, Re Northern Comfort 3-in-1 jacket, $500 gift card, two tickets for the Mark Chesnutt concert and dinner at the Red Barn, Yeti cooler and a Lipsey’s Henry Repeating Arms Goldenboy 22 LR gun. These items are to be given away at the Recognition Banquet to be held at Murphin Ridge. The date of this event is to be announced later.

Volunteers are needed to help with this annual event. Call the Farm Bureau office at 937-378-2212 or 1-888-2212 for more information.
