At less that 2 years old, Jack Shepherd is fighting Pre B Cell Leukemia. On Saturday, Oct. 10 there will be a benefit, beginning at noon, on his behalf taking place at Snappers Saloon, locatedat No.1 Main Street in Ripley.
There is no cover charge and an auction will be held at 3 p.m. Raffles will be drawn at 5 p.m. and you need not be present to win. Food will be cooked on the grill by”Big O” and various baked goods will be for sale. Ride in, boat in, cruise in, everyoneis welcome.
Stop in, join in, open your heart, and purchase a chance or bid on the really wonderful and amazing donations being offered. Bringing a new, unwrapped truck or John Deere toy for Jack to share with his friends at Children’s Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
All of the proceeds fromthe event will go to the Shepherd family to assist with their expenses as young Jack continues his battle.
