Individuals who have called Southwest Regional Medical Center, in Georgetown, to retrieve medical records need to make an appointment to pick up their records as soon as possible.
Those who have not called and are needing their records, should call 937-378-7800, provide name, birthday and dates needed. Callers are asked to allow several days for records to be ready for pick-up.
