The Brown County Pre-K Program has limited enrollment openings for the 2015-16 school year. The remaining vacancies will be filled by children whose families meet the income guidelines for program funding established by the Ohio Department of Education.

The income guidelines by family sizes are as follows: family of two – less than $31,860, family of three – less than $40,180, family of four – less than $48,500, family of five – less than $56,820, family of six – less than $65,140, family of seven – less than $73,460, and a family of eight – less than $81,780. Children must also be three years of age by Sept. 30 and be fully potty trained.

Pre-K students are provided with enriching experiences that enhance creative, language, social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. The Pre-K curriculum includes activities to meet the early learning and development standards adopted by the Ohio Department of Education.
