GEORGETOWN – Indictments were handed down by the Brown County Grand Jury this past week. All indicted are innocent until proven guilty by the court.

Gary York, 64, of Mt. Orab, was indicted on three counts of gross sexual imposition, third-degree felonies; one count of importuning, a third-degree felony. Per the indictment, York is accused of having sexual contact with a seven year old minor. York is accused of recklessly soliciting the minor to engage in sexual activity with him on multiple occasions.

Angela Allen, 33, of Alexandria (Ohio), was indicted on two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies, and one count of possession of heroin, also a fifth-degree felony.

Derek Bender, 29, of Lucasville, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; one count of possession of a drug abuse instrument, a second-degree misdemeanor.

Sherry Carlier, 49, of Wilmington, was indicted on one count of burglary, a second-degree felony; one count grand theft, a third-degree felony; one count safe cracking, a fourth-degree felony.

Jason Cunningham, 32, of Columbus, was indicted on one count domestic violence, a third-degree felony; one count resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor.

Kathryn Cyrus, 27, of Bethel, was indicted on one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony; one count aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; two counts of endangering children, both first-degree misdemeanors; and three counts of OVI, first-degree misdemeanors.

Kimberly Ernst, 35, of Georgetown, was indicted on five counts of forgery, all fifth-degree felonies; one count of theft from a person, fifth-degree felony.

Jeremy Fletcher, 28, of Cincinnati, was indicted on one court of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony and forfeiture of the weapon; carrying a conceal weapon, a fourth-degree felony and forfeiture of the weapon; and illegal conveyance of drugs or abuse onto grounds of a specified government property, a third-degree felony. Fletcher is accused of having a loaded handgun in his car and carrying it concealed without a permit.

Charles Glover, 45,of Sardinia, was indicted on three counts of burglary, all second-degree felonies; two counts of theft with one count being of a person in a protected class, one count of grand theft, a third-degree felony; two counts of safe cracking fourth-degree felonies.

Michael Hall, 33, of Mt. Orab, was indicted on one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.

Daniel Henson, 27, of Aberdeen, was indicted on one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony; one count forgery, a fifth-degree felony.

Michael Hoopaugh, 35,of Alexandria (Ohio), was indicted on three counts of aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies; one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony. Further, each aggravated possession of drugs charge included specification for forfeiture of a vehicle.

Daniel Koch, 58, of West Union, was indicted on one count of possession of cocaine, with forfeiture of vehicle specification, a fifth-degree felony; illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, a forth-degree misdemeanor.

Kyle Moore, 28, of Ripley, was indicted on one count of felonious assault with fire specification, a first-degree felony; two counts of aggravated robbery, with fire specification, both first-degree felonies; grand theft, a third-degree felony; possession of firearm under disability, a third-degree felony; failure to comply with the signal of an officer, a third-degree felony. Moore is the man accused of assaulting Ripley Police Officer John Amole.

Patrick Nadzem, 47, of West Union, was indicted on one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.

Cory Reynolds, 28, of Mt. Orab, was indicted on one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.

James Stull, 27, of Mt. Orab, was indicted on one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; possession of a drug abuse instrument, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Ryan Waits, 18, of Georgetown, was indicted on one count of burglary, a second-degree felony; one count of petty theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Kimberly Williams, 20, of Mt. Orab, was indicted on one count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony; one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

Sherry Winhoven , 31, of Alexandria (Ohio), was indicted on two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies; one count possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.
