For Stephanie O’Connor the May 6 primary is pretty simple. She needs 50 write-in votes from Democrats so she can face off against Republican Jill Hall in the November election for Brown County Auditor.That is not an overwhelming task, but she is concerned about getting the votes. Hall, the wife of former central committee chairman Paul Hall, was appointed to the position by the Republican party when Doug Green was elected as state representative.O’Connor is married to Rance O’Connor, whose family name in Brown County is Connor. He changed his name back to the family’s heritage name.
