Nine people were indicted by a Brown County Grand Jury on March 8.

Joseph Fisher, 37 of Fayetteville is charged with 35 counts of Illegal Use of a Minor in Nudity-Oriented Material or Performance, all second degree felonies, 30 counts of Pandering Sexually-Oriented Matter Involving a Minor, all fourth degree felonies and one count of Endangering Children, a second degree felony.

Austin Burdine, 21 of Williamsburg is charged with Burglary, a second degree felony, Grand Theft When the Property is a Firearm or Dangerous Ordnance, a third degree felony, and Receiving Stolen Property, a fourth degree felony.

James Frazier, III, 24 of Cincinnati, is charged with two counts of Grand Theft When the Property is a Firearm or Dangerous Ordnance, a third degree felony, and two counts of Receiving Stolen Property, a fourth degree felony.

Emery Smith, 47 of Aberdeen, is charged with Domestic Violence, a third degree felony.
Smith has previously pleaded guilty or convicted of four prior Domestic Violence offenses.

Joshua Henson, 28 of Georgetown, is charged with Domestic Violence, a third degree felony.
Henson has previously pleaded guilty or convicted of two prior Domestic Violence offenses.

Barry Bolender, Jr., 39 of Mt. Orab, is charged with Receiving Stolen Property and Forgery, both fifth degree felonies.

Justin Davis, 36 of Maysville, KY, is charged with Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, a fourth degree felony, and Unauthorized Use of Vehicle, a fifth degree felony.

Adrian Wallace, 20 of Mt. Orab, is charged with one count of Theft, one count of Receiving Stolen Property and one county of Forgery, all fifth degree felonies.

Jason Vance, 38 of Williamsburg, is charged with one count of Attempted Trespass in a Habitation, a fifth degree felony.

An indictment means that an individual has been charged with a crime.  It is not a finding or admission of guilt.
