Mary J Fitzgerald

image_476Mary Jo Fitzgerald (Keller), age 78 of Palmetto, Florida, Ohio died Monday, December 5, 2016 at the Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Center in Seaman, Ohio. She was a retired jobs placement and employment for the State of Ohio and a member of the Red Hats Club. Mary Jo was born April 30, 1938 in Brown County, Ohio the daughter of the late Joseph C. and Martha J. (O’Connor) Keller. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband – Donald Fitzgerald; one son – William Jones and four brothers and sisters – Donald Keller, Eugene Keller, Janet Habermehl and Helen Keller.

Mrs. Fitzgerald is survived by one daughter – Sheree Caraway and husband John of Mt. Orab, Ohio; one son – Brian Jones and wife Tina of Williamsburg, Ohio; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one daughter-in-law – Diana Jones of Mt. Orab, Ohio; one sister – Judy Werring of Marathon, Ohio and special friend – Andy Torgeson of Palmetto, Florida.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, December 10, 2016 at the St. Michael Catholic Church in Mt. Orab, Ohio. Rev. Hank Albietz will be the celebrant. Visitation will be from 10:30 A.M. – 12:30 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Mt. Orab Cemetery in Mt. Orab, Ohio. The Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio is serving the family.
