The Brown County Retired Teachers’ Association presented their yearly scholarship on June 25. Each year the BCRTA presents a scholarship to a deserving senior who plans to enter the field of education.
The 2015 winner is Jordan Dawson. She graduated from Eastern High School where she was active in music and sports as well as many community volunteer activities.
She will pursue her career at Northern Kentucky University.
